Power Equipment Repair Services

 We utilize electrostatic safe (colored) “bubble  wrap”, anti- static bags, as well as cushioning foam. Based on the size,  weight, and specific customer requirements, we will employ any or all  of these packaging technologies. The packaging foam equipment is  manufactured by Instapak and each member of our shipping department has  received manufacturer's training on the proper use and care of this  equipment. 

We will use GPS provided boxes or custom containers that were received with the equipment to be repaired. 

Each item is protected by a minimum of three inches of packaging material between the item and the shipping container. 

Each unit received for evaluation receives an  identifying bar code label that allows tracking of the item during the  GPS test and repair process and facilitates rapid access to our  historical repair records if the unit returns to our facility. A  warranty label is also affixed to all equipment that is successfully  repaired. The tag records the date that the warranty expires. 

- ESD Compliance is achieved thru industry  standard methods including: wrist and heel grounding straps, periodic  treating of lab floor surfaces with an electrostatic resistant coating,  and direct grounding of repair bench and storage rack metal framework.  The integrity of these systems is also verified periodically by testing  devices resident in the lab. 

- Customer Satisfaction is continually monitored  informally thru feedback mechanisms utilized by our Customer Service,  Sales, and technical personnel. These inputs are analyzed and corrective  action taken/ processes updated if our conclusions indicate this is  warranted. Feedback is periodically solicited through a formalized  customer survey program, and this is utilized to complement the ongoing  informal process.
