•Liaison between vendor and customer , as well as providing advance replacement when an urgent need arises.
• All advance replacements, as well as spare parts, are able to be shipped quickly from our in house stock.
•Our SAP inventory management software keeps detail records of all shipping and serial numbers which is backed up by our offsite server.
•FORECAST & DEMAND PLANNING:
•GPS’s demand planning team works closely with end users to review historical data as well as future projections in order to stock the appropriate level of OEM's equipment for end users projects resulting in an expedited turn around.
•ADVANCED ORDERING/ BULK STOCK:
•We will place staggered inventory purchase orders in advance to alleviate pressure on the factory. As an added benefit, creating consistent high volume work flow for your manufacturing.
•We will be working one on one with the customer to establish their needs and to ensure upcoming projects will be satisfied and work to meet the CRD.
•GPS consistently meets with customers face to face quarterly to ensure quality, get feedback on performance, and discuss new projects in the pipeline.
•Should the customer have an emergency or urgent need that must be addressed after hours, all GPS CSR’s and management are available 365/24/7.
•ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONS:
•Work closely with OEM'S sales representatives for each territory to foster relationships and create new business opportunities.
•This would lead to new customer feedback and additional support from GPS to customer on a daily basis.
•Point of Sale (POS) report to be provided on a monthly basis.
